The entire process for cosmetic dental implants can take 4-6 weeks for the implants to heal. More time if the gums become infected or if you don't have enough bone to place the implant.

Different people take different times to heal. So it all depends and differs from person to person. Don't worry, you don't have to walk around with a hole in your mouth. The implant dentist will place a healing cap on the dental implants and it will not look as bad as you might think.

Dental Implants: How Long Does the Process Take?

You have to be careful not to bite with this part of the tooth as the implant is more likely to break if you use it before it is fully integrated into the bone. The newer types of cosmetic dental implants with direct crown placement known as one-day implants, or one-day dental implants have had good reviews.

The rejection rate is roughly the same as for conventional cosmetic dental implants. This is not common so you may have to ask who is doing this in your area and how much they have done and if this is even an option for you.

Traditional cosmetic dental implants take about 6 months to get a permanent crown. As noted above, you can make temporary fins or partial velocity to replace and fill the space until the implant is ready for the crown.

Implants are a great option because your teeth will look exactly like the real thing after the procedure, but cosmetic dental implants are of course more expensive but they are expensive!
