If you have been considering using a bot to automate your business communications, consider Facebook ChatBot Auto Responders. With a few simple steps, you can use this automated Facebook software to improve customer relations and even increase the level of sales. The process will be easy if you understand how this particular type of application works.

Connect a Facebook account. You can choose from several different Facebook pages to manage. Add a chatbot into one or more of your Facebook pages(s). Use a free widget to expand your list of contacts.

Choose a message that your Messenger Bot can respond to by clicking on the "Settings" link in your chatbot's settings. On the Settings page, select the type of message you want to send. In some cases, you will need to provide information about the person sending the message. In this case, you must enter the full name and e-mail address of the sender. If you don't enter the full name and/or e-mail address, your chatbot will not be able to return messages to the recipient.

Set up the message. Click the "Create Message" button at the bottom of the "Settings" page. In the next window, click the "Create Chatbot" button. A new chatbot will pop-up in your chat room and you can see whether it has been accepted by the recipient by checking their Facebook profile and messaging history.

Select a message from the recipient's settings. The message is now ready to send, but you can change its content or the subject of the message by clicking on the "Message" tab at the top of the screen. You may also adjust the length of the message in the message settings and select whether or not to include a preview pane when the message is being sent.

Choose the setting to send the message. From here, you can specify what information should be included in the message, which Facebook message you wish to send, whether you want the chatbot to send a personal message, or just a notification, and how long the message should be.

Send the message to the chatbot. Once you've established the message, click the "Send Message" button. The chatbot will respond to your message by clicking the appropriate button and sending a customized message. If you've included a preview pane, it will open it before it sends the message.

Use the email notification to notify your customer of your product or service. This is an excellent way to remind your customer of your offer or service.

Click the "Alerts" tab at the top of the screen. This page includes an archive section that you can use to easily create alerts in the future. When creating a new alert, you need to type the relevant information in the "Alert Name" and then click the "Alert Type" button.

Add your email addresses in the "Email Address" fields. Then, click on the "Create Email Alert" button. A new message will appear in the list for each email address you have added.

Click on the "Click the" button. Finally, click the "Save" button to save your changes.

You can even use the "Messages" section to add other Facebook applications, such as the News Feed or the "Favorites" sidebar. To remove one of these messages, click on the corresponding icon.

With the Chatbot program, you can quickly set up multiple contacts with the same name. You can even change their names in case they change their addresses or email addresses.

If you want to view the latest incoming messages from your customers, enter their names into the "Messages" section. If you want to edit the messages that your customers have already sent, click on the relevant button. If you want to send a new message to a customer, click on the "Mail" button. These buttons also allow you to delete individual messages you don't want to send.

The Facebook Chatbot program also allows you to create alerts. By using the "Alert" button, you can create a custom message that the Chatbot will send to a group of people when a certain event or occasion occurs. You can also include a description of the event, so that others can learn about it and plan accordingly. In this manner, you can create a reminder of a sales event, a special promotion, a birthday, or any other important event.
