When you are looking to rent a crane, there are a few things you need to be aware of. The first is the service level that the rental company offers. There are two main types of service: on-site and remote.

On-site crane rental service means that the rental company has personnel on hand to help with setting up and taking down the crane. Remote service means that the rental company will send someone out to help with set up and take down the crane, but they will be located some distance away from the site.

The second thing to consider is the type of crane that you will need. There are three main types of cranes: mobile, tower, and gantry. Mobile cranes are typically smaller and are used for smaller jobs such as moving materials around on a construction site.

Tower cranes are larger and can be used for bigger jobs, such as moving large pieces of equipment. Gantry cranes are a hybrid between mobile and tower cranes and can be used for either large or small jobs.

The last thing to consider is how much lift capacity you need. Lift capacity is measured in tons and refers to how much weight the crane can lift. Most rental companies will offer at least one ton of capacity.
